One wedding at a time, both ceremony sites included, and a rate sheet you can read before you call. Twenty minutes south of Wichita, in Sumner County.
What the day includes
The list nobody else publishes.
Most of the region quotes a room and then bills the rest of the day back to you a line at a time. These are in the rate, at every rate.

- Indoor and outdoor are both set and both included. The call gets made the morning of, with no change fee.
- Tables and linens
- Tables, linens, and more than 300 chairs, not a rental line item.
- Set-up and clean-up
- Inside the rental window, not billed as extra hours on either end.
- Your caterer, your bar
- Open catering, and the bar is yours to bring, which is how the budget stays yours. A licensed, insured bartender pours it.
- Your vendors
- Most outside vendors are welcome. Every one is verified by the owners before the date.
- Both suites
- The bridal suite and the groom suite, on every wedding rental.
Two days
The rehearsal can happen where the wedding does.
The bridal suite sleeps twelve. On a two-day rental that stops being a detail and starts being the plan: the rehearsal, the rehearsal dinner and the night before all happen on the property, and nobody is driving back to Wichita at eleven to do it again in the morning.
A Friday-and-Saturday rental is $8,500 and a Thursday-and-Friday is $8,000, against $6,500 for a Saturday on its own. The second day costs less than the hotel block it replaces.
Ceremony spaces
Indoor or outdoor wedding, your choice.
Outside, the ceremony faces the creek and the open prairie. Inside, it faces the cathedral window and the same view.
Both are set. Both are included. You are not choosing between them a year out, and you are not paying for a backup you hope not to use.
Kansas will do what Kansas does. The plan already accounts for it.

Its own entrance, its own door, and no requirement to walk through the party to reach it.
