What is built into the website

• Color contrast is computed against the actual composited ground, not the color a stylesheet nominally sets, including where a Bone card sits at 90% over a photograph.
• Every control is reachable and operable by keyboard, and the focus ring is a visible Ember outline rather than a faint browser default.
• A skip link is the first thing a keyboard or screen-reader user reaches on every page, and it goes straight past the navigation to the content.
• One h1 per page, no skipped heading levels, and real landmarks for the header, nav, main content and footer, rather than a page of unlabeled boxes.
• Type scales with your browser text size and with your viewport. Nothing is pinned to a fixed pixel size.
• Motion is gated behind your reduced-motion setting. With it on, the reveals, the parallax and the hero animation all stop.
• The English and Spanish pages are each marked up in their own language, so a screen reader pronounces both correctly. Accessible names, the labels you hear but do not see, are translated too.
• Every image carries a description. Because the venue is under construction, each one also says it is an architectural rendering.
• Every button, link and calendar day is at least 44 pixels tall.
• The availability calendar is rendered on the server, so the real dates are in the page before any JavaScript runs.

Where the website falls short

Three things are worth knowing, and we would rather list them than let you find them.

• The inquiry form needs JavaScript to move between its three steps. If you cannot use it, call or email. The same information reaches us either way, and you are not disadvantaged for using the phone.
• The date calendar shows one month at a time and is navigated by button. It works by keyboard, but it is denser than the rest of the site.
• The map on the Visit page is a drawing rather than an interactive map. It carries a text description, and the address and directions are also written out in full.

How this is checked

Every page is audited at 375, 768, 1440 and 1920 pixels wide, for contrast against the composited ground, heading order, horizontal overflow, tap-target size and missing alt text. The Spanish pages are scanned separately for English that has leaked into a label or an accessible name.

The audits are part of the site rather than a report someone wrote once, and they run again whenever a page changes. A page does not ship with a finding open.

Anything on this site, whether a rate, a date, a floor plan or the terms, we will give you over the phone, by email, or in whatever form works for you. You do not have to explain why, and asking does not put you at the back of any queue.

If something here or at the venue does not work for you, tell us the page and what happened. We want to fix it, and we would rather hear it from you than not hear it at all.
