Antelope Creek Ranch Venue belongs to Debra and Michael Russell. It began as a dream to build something lasting for their family and for the community they call home, and it is being built by that family, with their parents, their children and their friends.
Why it exists
The idea was never a building.
Debra and Michael have always liked bringing people together, and they wanted somewhere that could be done properly: where a family holds the day that only comes once without spending the whole of it worrying about the room.
So the list of what happens here was never only weddings. Vow renewals, quinceañeras, proms, school and church events, birthdays, family gatherings, and all the milestones in between.
More than anything they wanted a place where memories become part of a family’s story. The hope is that the ranch ends up inside a great many of them over the years, and that it becomes a legacy of their own, to pass to their children one day.

The property
The land came before the plan.
Thirty acres in Sumner County, with a creek running the length of them and a two-acre pond west of the building so the sun sets behind it. The building was sited afterwards, to face it.
Michael oversees the construction and the property itself. When the doors open in May 2027, the person who put the place up will be the person still maintaining it.
What is held here
Not only weddings.
The room was meant from the start for whatever a family needs it for. Four of those have a page of their own.
Quinceañeras
The hall takes the seating and the meal; the covered pavilion takes the vals, so the dancing gets a floor of its own.

Debra handles the business and the event side. Michael oversees the construction and the property. That is the whole of the management structure, and it is deliberate. The people you email are the people who own the place.
Behind them are their parents, their family and their friends, who have done a great deal of the work that got this off paper. It is a family business in the literal sense rather than the marketing one.
